SNOW USE, WE'RE SNOWED IN

Several times over the Winter period we have had to keep our gates shut to visitors due to the snow and ice. Although the snow gives us some glorious pictures, it's just been a bit too treacherous underfoot. Some of you have sent in some very generous donations in lieu of visits you would have made over the last few weeks. We are very grateful for this kind of support as obviously the unscheduled closed period does have quite a financial impact on us, not to mention the extra costs involved in providing the extra special care and heating the animals need during this particularly cold period.

Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support.
