“It was great to be part of a small group, but still get one on one treatment! Getting up close to the animals with the aid of a keeper really left me open to concentrate on my shots and listen to Colin. It was an entire day of picking up tips that help me push forward with my photography. It was also great to hear Colin's knowledge of the animals as well as photography”

"Both the zoo and Colin were first rate and coped very well with what could have been adverse weather conditions. In the event. The overcast sky and rain made for some great images. In fact, I didn’t really notice the rain until I started looking at the lemur pics – another highlight amongst many. Incidentally, the impromptu session with the millipede was marvellous since it gave an opportunity for close-up work. Colin didn’t stop pouring out advice on both camera technique and ways to approach the animals (or wildlife in general). He clearly loves what he does and has the knowledge to match."
